The three important business and revenue models that take place frequently in an e-business and e-marketplace are:
1. Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
- This refers to the transactions, over products and services, that are directly done by the company and the consumers, who are the end-users.
2. Business-to-Business (B2B)
- The transactions that are directly connected between business to business.
3. Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C)
- The transactions between consumers, who can trade with each other, usually online.
What are the business model for YesStyle?
YesStyle is a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transaction because they stock a variety of products online and sell it to consumers all over the world. They are direct sellers, who are hands-on and have an ever-growing community through their innovation and trend-following.
Through my other social medias', including YouTube and Instagram, I have been noticing many new advertisings for the website. Some well-known Youtubers and Instagram beauty gurus are posting about the products and these reviews are initiating new customers to discover the site and purchased products.

Relationship and Brand Building & their Market Position
YesStyle website's an company are starting to build strong and lasting relationships, some include:
- The customers to increase their online community.
- To retain the past customers.
- With fashion guru’s, people who have influence in the marketplace.
- Other brands that they are representing through their brand.
On the YesStyle page they announce that they are: “YesStyle is the first online retailer to globally distribute a wide range of beauty, fashion and lifestyle products from Asia through their website YesStyle.com.” (YesStyle,2018). This can show the company’s position in the marketplace, it could be suggest that they are trying to market develop into a new geographic market and is taking advantage of the low competition.
The way they are taking good advantage of the low competition is allowing for them to give affordable prices, new products, fast delivery-time and delivery location for the customers.
Being an adamant follower of YesStyle, I am never disappointed when I order from the site. They give access to other brands that I cannot find in Australia and open up my fashion eye-line.
